You receive an estimate or a quotation from us which describes what we will do and how much it will cost.

Note that an estimate is just that, an estimate. This means that the final cost may change depending on how the work progresses, especially if we’re not sure of hidden surprises.

A quotation is our fixed price for the work. We provide a quotation where the scope of the work is clearer or simpler.

You reply by email to accept our estimate or quotation.

Once we have your acceptance, we book you in for the work.

We arrive when we say, do what we say we are going to do and leave, clearing up behind us.

We prepare an invoice for you for the work completed once the work is completed.

We ask that you pay immediately, preferably by bank transfer, as we’ve got bills to pay as well.
